Meet our founder
Michele T. Rozier Louissaint
Founder
I founded AIS because I felt a strong urge to support immigrant communities and facilitate their transition into their new lives in the US. AIS brings together my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for supporting vulnerable communities. AIS’ mission to improve the lives of others is personal. Having immigrated to the US over a decade ago, I feel a sense of duty to use my skills and knowledge to give back and help others who are just starting out their journey toward a better life.
Outside of AIS, I handle corporate and business matters as an attorney to startups and emerging companies. In my free time, I occasionally write about self-empowerment, career development and social issues.
